LEMC is a non profit making company with 180 homeowners (shareholders) who each own property on Lacuna Estate in Kings Hill, Kent. The company was incorporated to fulfil various maintenance and service obligations under the terms of homeowners' transfer documents; service charges are collected accordingly.
We hold an AGM each autumn, upstairs in the Spitfire. Invitations are sent out by email to all 180 shareholders.
